{Sew Grateful Week} Giveaways Part 1!

Oh boy! Oh boy!  You are all going to love all the giveaways in today's post(s).  Yup, there were SO many giveaways, I couldn't include them all in one post!   So, this is Part 1 of a 2-part round-up post for the Sew Grateful Week giveaways.   A big thank you to everyone whose hosting a giveaway as part of the week!  So here we go...

The Sew Essentially Sew Giveaway for Vintage Vogue Pattern 1137 (sizes 8-14):

I am so excited about this giveaway from Graca who blogs over at Sew Essentially Sew.  Up for grabs is this amazing vintage vogue dress and coat pattern (for sizes 8-14).  This giveaway is open to everyone and Graca will ship anywhere!  You can enter the giveaway (which is open until Friday) here...  I've been lucky to win a couple of giveaways from Graca myself!  If you haven't check out her blog--definitely do so! I just love it!  As she puts it...

"I'm Graca, a Canadian prairie gal who lives far from any respectable fashion districts but who loves to sew. I've been sewing off and on for many years. In a perfect world, sewing is a way for me to relax. It is something I love to do when I have some spare time on my hands. Any day sewing is a happy day. Yes, even if I have to put down the sewing needle and pick up a seam ripper. I love the creative process of starting a project from shopping for the fabric to hand stitching the final details. Ooooh, and sincere compliments. Luv those!"
So pop on over to Graca's blog and enter this lovely giveaway!

A Fashionable Stitch Giveaway for the Sewaholic Renfrew Pattern, Knit Fabric and Twill Tape

If you don't know Sunni who blogs over at A Fashionable Stitch you are missing out! Not only is she a fantastic seamstress, she has one of the best online sewing stores and to top it all off she is so nice!  She is hosting a giveaway for Sewaholic’s sensational Refrew top (that she also has in stock via her shop) and 2 1/4 yards of 60″ wide summer punch cotton knit (enough for any of the versions of this fabulous knit top).  She's also thrown in a yard of white tailor’s tape for good measure as the pattern calls for a package of twill tape for the shoulder seams.  As Sunni says...
"The fabric is from Yellow Bird Fabrics and would be a great, no fantastic sew-up for someone who hasn’t worked with knits before and is ready to give them a try. It’s a perfect knit for the Spring weather I’m dreaming of. And don’t forget, you don’t need a serger to use this pattern or fabric, so definitely enter!"
To enter, just leave a comment on A Fashionable Stitch blog and tell Sunni what you’re “sew grateful” for (sewing related). The giveaway is open until Friday, February 9 and anyone, anywhere is welcome to join in.
